Awards Methodology

Nominations

The Nomination window would be open for 2 weeks till January 15, 2022. All nominations will be tabulated and the top 300 nominees would be selected based on nomination count. They will then be included in the voting list.

Top 300 Voting

The voting portal will be open to the public from January 15, 2022 to January 20, 2022. Votes will be tabulated and the Top 100 HR Professionals will be determined based on the total votes received.
